Qatar Hold Training Camp in Turkey in Preparation for FIBA Asian Cup 2025 Pre-Qualifiers

 Qatari national basketball team left for Istanbul, Turkey for a 10-day training camp, in preparation for the second round of the FIBA Asian Cup 2025 pre-qualifiers, to be played in Doha from Feb. 20- 22.

The 14-player Qatari delegation is headed by Assistant Secretary General of the Qatar Basketball Federation Nasser Ajlan Al Kaabi.
In the first round, which was hosted by Doha, Qatar finished atop Group A with four points, ahead of the UAE and Oman. In Group B, first-placed Palestine bagged four points ahead of Iraq and Kuwait.

QATAR’S NASSER SALEH AL-ATTIYAH HEADS FIELD FOR MERC FINALE IN OMAN

  MUSCAT (OMAN): Nasser Saleh Al-Attiyah, the winner of a record-breaking 17 FIA Middle East Rally Championship (MERC) titles, tops the entry for the Oman Rally Sohar International 2021.
